I am always in awe when I see God move in my life!

I am so grateful to the people in my life that love me, encourage me, and challenge me. I recently had a telephone conversation with one such person a few days ago. She and I planned this call to review our goals and achievements from 2020 and to discuss our plans for 2021.

During the call, my friend shared with me that as 2020 was coming to a close one thing she prayed for was a "word" from God that would help her to focus on her goals as well as God's plan for her life in 2021. I thought that was awesome and I shared that thought with her. At this very moment, I do not recall what she said her word was and I guess that's not a bad thing because it belongs to her and her alone. However, as we closed our call with a prayer, she asked God to give me my own word for 2021!

In true God fashion, I woke up the next morning with my word - anchor! It is perfect and it fits perfectly in line with what I am thinking, feeling and seeing for 2021. I can not wait to see how God uses my word to anchor and ground me in this year.
